A guided path from healing to performance.

After completing pelvic floor therapy, a soft launch back into fitness is essential for our women to rebuild strength safely and confidently. The body undergoes significant changes during recovery, and easing back into exercise allows the pelvic floor and core to adapt without excessive strain. Gradual progression helps prevent setbacks such as pain, leakage, or injury, while restoring proper movement patterns and stability. A thoughtful, guided reintroduction to fitness ensures long-term strength, function, and confidence in every stage of a woman’s wellness journey.

Pregnancy Training

Stay active, strong, and confident through every trimester.

Our pregnancy programs are designed to help you train safely, support your changing body, and prepare for birth with strength and intention. Through each trimester, our program emphasizes proper movement mechanics, individualized modifications, and progressive training strategies. Our goal is to enhance physical resilience, prepare the body for the demands of pregnancy and childbirth, and establish a foundation for optimal postpartum recovery.

Postpartum Training

Rebuild your foundation after pregnancy and birth.

Our postpartum programs focus on restoring core and pelvic floor connection, improving movement patterns, and progressively regaining strength. With expert coaching, this program addresses the physical demands of motherhood while helping moms build confidence in movement, enhance musculoskeletal recovery and establish a strong foundation— helping you return to fitness safely and sustainably. Whether you’re six weeks or six years postpartum, this program is for you. If you’ve had a baby, your body will thank you for taking this time to rebuild and restore.

Menopause Training

Our perimenopause and menopause programs emphasize building lean muscle, supporting hormone health, managing symptoms, and promoting better aging through strength and movement. With expert coaching and customized training, these programs emphasize improving muscular strength, bone density, and pelvic floor function, while also addressing energy levels and injury prevention.By focusing on strength, function, and overall well-being, participants will be equipped to maintain independence, prevent injury, and sustain a higher quality of life through and beyond the menopausal transition.

Proper nutrition supports healing, hormone balance, energy, and muscle recovery, all of which are essential to feeling strong and confident in your body. By integrating movement and nourishment, we’re empowering women to care for their whole selves—mind, body, and core—through every stage of life.

Kelcy Ellis Occupational Therapist

Kelcy Ellis is an Occupational Therapist, who truly believes play is essential for a child’s development. Through play, a child is able to grow and connect with the environment and individuals around them. Kelcy attended the University of Mary, in Bismarck, North Dakota and earned her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. She has worked in both adult and pediatric settings, but truly believes her place in the world is working with children and their families.

Kelcy is a Pediatric Feeding Specialist, recently received her AEIOU certification to develop and implement treatment plans for oral feeding that expand taste repertoire and texture progression by incorporating strategies for the mealtime environment, seating/positioning, and oral-motor, sensory, and motor deficits.
