Pediatric Speech therapy helps children develop their communication skills. Our speech-language pathologist (SLP) works with children to improve how they talk, understand language, express themselves, and even how they eat or swallow, if needed. We create personalized goals and therapy plans for each child. The goal is to enhance a child’s ability to express themselves, understand others, and use language effectively in daily life. Some children do catch up on their own, but many need support. Early therapy gives your child the best chance to develop strong communication skills and avoid academic or social challenges later.

Our mission at Heart & Sole Therapy is to provide a safe space for women, men and children to feel heard and seen. We are devoted to enhancing each individual's quality of life and ensuring that your needs are being addressed.
There are a variety of treatments and interventions that may be used to support or complement pelvic health recovery. These treatments can depend on the specific issues. Some of those treatments may include but are not limited to;
We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicaid and several private providers. For a full list or to verify your coverage, please contact our office directly.
No, a referral is NOT required to begin therapy services at Heart and Sole. However, some insurance plans may require a referral for coverage, so we recommend checking with your insurance if you have questions.
Some children catch up on their own, but many benefit from early support. Waiting can cause other areas (like social skills or learning) to be affected. A speech evaluation can help you decide the best course of action.
During your visit, your therapist will conduct an initial evaluation and create a customized therapy plan tailored to you or your child’s needs. Sessions are engaging, goal-oriented, and designed to support long-term growth in a positive environment.
If you’re noticing delays in movement, speech, feeding, or behavior—or if your child struggles with everyday tasks—an evaluation can help determine if therapy is appropriate, consult with your provider for a referral. Early intervention can make a big difference.
We believe in supporting a healthy, strong, and active community. That’s why we are always looking for businesses, organizations and active community members to partner with and be apart of through sponsorships, support, and collaborative events.
Britta Dalbey connected so well with my daughter and helped to evaluate her speech needs and develop and implement a treatment plan. I knew I wanted her to help with my son when we discovered he needed help with speech as well. She proved just as invaluable with him. We saw excellent results and my kids always looked forward to visits with Britta.

Courtney is amazing! She is very understanding, listens, asks questions, and really gets up in your business, which is a good thing if you want a strong, respectable, and straight forward therapist. I felt extremely comfortable when telling her all about myself. She does not make you feel embarrassed or self-conscious at all. I would recommend. . .

I am so grateful for Dr. Bri at Heart & Sole Therapy. For a long time, I struggled with low back pain on my right side that radiated into the right hip and upper quad. I had no idea the root cause was related to scar tissue from endometriosis and the related hysterectomy. Dr. Bri’s knowledge, expertise, and thorough approach helped uncover what was really going on. She listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She is compassionate and genuinely cares about her patients. Because of her treatment & guidance, I have a much better understanding of my body & have experienced significant improvement. If you’re dealing with pelvic floor issues, unexplained pain, or endometriosis-related symptoms, I highly recommend Dr. Bri. She has made a tremendous difference in my life.Posted on Google Eryn wayneTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Bri has changed my life! I was diagnosed with spondylisthesis of my lower back and was about to get a spinal fusion at the age of 38. Pelvic floor therapy was recommended to me and Bri discovered it wasn’t my back that was causing my intense pain. We strengthened my glute muscles and I have my life back. I’m running and doing full exercise classes again and pretty much have no pain. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone for lower back pain as well as pelvic floor strengthening.Posted on Google Sherree CruseTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. First of all, I would like to say that Meghan, who worked with me was amazing. She totally helped me with everything from showing me exercises to help my pelvic floor to doing cuping, to relax muscles that had been so tense for so many years, that it just made me feel amazing.Load more
