Mental Health
Montana 211: A free, confidential hotline that can be reached by dialing 2-1-1 for 24/7 assistance with health and human services.
Community Crisis Center: A collaborative effort that provides crisis intervention services and mental health support through an interconnected network of programs.
Rimrock Foundation: Offers addiction treatment and mental health support services.
NAMI Billings: Provides mental health education, peer support, and advocacy.
Tumbleweed: Support for young youth and families in crisis.
Billings Food Bank: Provides food and other essentials to those in need and accepts both donations and volunteers.
Billings Family Service: Offers a Client Choice Food Room for groceries, as well as rent and utility assistance.
Montana Rescue Mission: Provides shelter, hot meals, clothing, and other programs for those experiencing homelessness.
Salvation Army: Helps with basic needs including food, shelter, transportation, and hygiene.
Harvest Church: Provides food boxes for the holiday season
Misfit Toys: Holiday toy program for children

Utilities
District 7 Human Resources Development Council (HRDC): Provides case management and financial assistance for utility payments, as well as other housing-related costs. They also offer energy assistance services to help with weatherization and efficiency.
Billings Family Service: Offers direct assistance for utility bills, food, clothing, and other needs for struggling families and seniors.
Energy Share of Montana: A private, non-profit organization that assists Montanans with energy emergencies, including those who may not qualify for other programs.
LIHEAP: The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program can be applied for through your local Human Resource Council to help with energy costs.
Montana-Dakota Utilities (MDU): Offers a specific low-income assistance program that can provide credits on your bill during winter and summer months, covering electric, natural gas, deposits, and late fees.
